Welcome to the Fitness for Life video library.

Physical educators across the country have successfully implemented the Fitness for Life program, and they’ve told us what they like about it most. In addition, the Fitness for Life author team has provided their insights on both the established programs (middle school and high school) and the new elementary school program.

Rather than provide a long video program that you may not have time to watch, we have provided more than two dozen separate clips of people addressing different aspects of the Fitness for Life elementary, middle, and high school programs.
