Welcome to Fitness for Life!

On this website you can find information that will help you learn more about how to achieve a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and good nutrition.  For middle school and high school students, we offer great online study guides and supplements to help you succeed in the Fitness for Life program.

We don’t want to keep you from playing outside with your friends or family, but we have some links to Web sites that you might find interesting!

Do you love to color and draw?  Here are some pictures to color that are fun and teach you about getting fit and eating well.  Make sure you get permission from an adult before printing them out.

Online Study Guide for FFL: High School

Access to the Online Study Guide (OSG) is granted to students and teachers whose school has adopted the Fitness for Life high school text. The OSG will help students complete the lessons and activities for the course, and provide a way for teachers and students to transmit assignments electronically….
