People who want to get active learn to set goals and monitor progress. Monitoring your progress allows you to see whether or not you are meeting short- and long-term goals. Monitoring your progress will also help you adjust your program if you need more challenge or if you need to back off a little.

America on the Move is a national campaign to get Americans more active. Get involved in the America on the Move program and use the free activity tracker on the Internet. You can select an activity challenge and record and monitor your progress in steps or minutes. In fact, the program will convert activity minutes into steps when you enter an activity and how long you participated in that activity. Start your journey to a healthier life today.
