Topic 9.2 Activity and Values Assessments

A good starting point for determining your fitness needs is to consider what activities you like and what activities you are less likely to participate in. Try filling out a short "Activity assessment" by clicking here and following the "Assess your potential" link. Once you have determined your likes and dislikes, you should also consider your interests, needs, and feelings about physical activity and health. Fill out a short "Values Assessment" by clicking here and following the "Value Assessment" link. After filling out these short forms and analyzing your own Fitnessgram self-assessments that you have completed in class, you should have a good idea of your fitness needs and what type of activities will help you meet those needs.
